STMicroelectronics Foundation

Emmanuelle, a French national, joined STMicroelectronics in 1997 at the Crolles site after graduating from ENSERG and earning an Advanced Studies Diploma in microelectronics. She began as an R&D Equipment Engineer in photolithography before transitioning to Human Resources, where she spent 15 years in various roles, including Training Manager and HR Business Partner for Operations and R&D. For seven years, she also co-managed the Regional Mobility Pole (PMR), an association that supports career transitions by bringing together large companies, SMEs, public authorities, and social partners.

In 2019, she was appointed Sustainability Champion for the Crolles site, coordinating the implementation of ST’s Corporate Sustainability policy and ensuring compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards. She managed audits, action plans, and sustainability initiatives. In 2022, she also became STEM Coordinator, leading outreach programs to inspire students, particularly girls, to pursue studies in science and technology.

As Sustainability Champion, she acted as the interface between the ST Foundation and the Crolles site, contributing in 2023 to the ST pilot project that enabled the implementation of the company volunteering platform in 2024. Based in Crolles, she joined the STMicroelectronics Foundation in February 2025 as France Country Leader.
