Annual Report 2024

2024: A year of empowering lives through the reach of digital inclusion

It’s that time of year again when we pause to reflect on the achievements of the past twelve months. Our 2024 Annual Report is freshly printed and filled with inspiring stories and impressive results.

In 2024, we continued our mission to bridge the digital divide, reaching 139,927 new learners and bringing the total number of beneficiaries trained since our inception in 2003 to over 1.23 million people. With programs now active in 15 countries, we expanded our global footprint by launching our first initiatives in Singapore and introducing artificial intelligence awareness modules within our Introduction to Computer Basics (ICB) course.

This year, we also strengthened our partnership with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), which enabled us to bring digital literacy to visually impaired individuals in Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Pakistan. Additionally, we empowered young women through leadership and coding programs, helping to open new doors and opportunities.

One of the most inspiring stories comes from Fatou, a young woman from Senegal. After completing our Introduction to Computer Basics (ICB) and leadership courses, she not only gained the technical skills to create a CV and apply for jobs but also discovered her voice and confidence to take on new responsibilities within her community.

Our 2024 Annual Report is more than a collection of data; it is a celebration of resilience, growth, and human connection. It reflects the true impact of our programs, the dedication of our volunteers, and the strength of our partnerships that make digital inclusion a reality.
