Kamal was appointed in 2008 to oversee projects in India and support the expansion of future programs in Asia. He has provided guidance to the foundation over six years expanding footprints and reach of the DU Program across India. His role manages programs partnered with Govt. agencies, NGOs and private agencies. He leads a team at local and reports to the Foundation’s Director Operations at Geneva.
Kamal has over twelve years of experience in NGO’s, UN projects and corporate. He holds a Master Degree in Social Work from Delhi School of Social Work, University of Delhi, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights, International Humanitarian and Refugee Laws from Indian Society of International Lawand aPost Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
