Our digital revolution with Sheriff Aid Foundation
In the heart of Sierra Leone’s Western Rural District, a small but determined NGO, the Sheriff Aid Foundation, has been working tirelessly to uplift underprivileged communities.
Focused on education, youth empowerment, and women’s development, the foundation has touched many lives. However, like many grassroots organizations, it faced a major obstacle — a lack of digital infrastructure to expand its reach and impact.
Recognizing this challenge, we stepped in with a Digital Unify Computer Lab to bridge the technological gap and equip the foundation with modern tools for growth.
Committed to helping small organizations grow, we designed a state-of-the-art computer lab tailored to the Sheriff Aid Foundation’s needs. The lab not only provides computer literacy training for youth and women but also empowers the foundation’s staff with digital tools for efficient management, communication, and resource mobilization.
The lab is a significant leap in bridging the digital divide for small, community-based organizations. It is equipped with internet-enabled computers, cloud storage systems, and customized training programs.

“This partnership is more than technology; it’s about opportunity, equity, and community empowerment,” said Mohamed Dumbuya, Country Manager for Sierra Leone, ST Foundation.
The project has already benefited dozens, enhancing digital skills, enabling access to online learning, and strengthening the foundation’s capacity for effective project management and fundraising.

Sheriff Aid Foundation, founded in May 2021, is a charity focused on helping orphans, disadvantaged, and disabled children and young adults in Sierra Leone with humanitarian support and care.
